Peter Willoughby actually told me about these amazing minerals several years ago, but at the time I was just not interested. I mistakenly believed that I just didn't need to take anything 'extra' and that I could get everything I needed from food. I felt OK, so why would I bother? And I think that is a problem, the fact that we don't really think about health until we are either unhealthy or ill! And we very quickly normalize how we feel as normal whether it's great or not so great, it's normal so we just accept it and carry on.
Fast forward a few years and in my mid forties, OK a little past my mid forties I find myself just being more tired than I used to be, a sort of background tiredness, that was always there. I wondered whether it was an age thing, but if it was I didn't really want to accept it. I knew that I was doing all the right things, I was training with weights and doing cardio 4 to 5 times a week and with a qualification in Nutritional Therapy I knew I was eating well. I actually wondered if there was something wrong with me, so I decided to have some private blood tests done, 55 altogether. My results arrived and I was both happy and confused as they were all perfect.
At this point I didn't know what to do, or if there was anything that I could do! So, I decided to look again at sizzling minerals. I watched all the videos and read all the testimonials and decided it was worth a try.
Fast forward 5 months.
The first thing I noticed was a little patch of dry skin that I had on my leg which had been there for at least a couple of years. It just gradually disappeared, then it was what I was hoping for, that annoying background tiredness disappeared. I must point out that I am not jumping out of bed every morning with a smile on my face chomping at the bit to live life to the full! I still get tired like everyone else, but I no longer have this constant lethargic tiredness that I once had.
At this point I started to think 'is this just in my head' like a placebo effect? Do I actually feel better, OK that patch of dry skin cleared up, but could that just be a coincidence. A few weeks later I sort of figured out that it wasn't a placebo effect as I found out that I could actually read again without using my reading glasses! Again I am not saying my eyes are as good as they were 20 years ago, but defiantly a good improvement.
The final thing I noticed which I must admit came as a bit of a surprise was the effect on a problem I have been living with for the past 25 years. For the past 25 years I have been struggling with both anxiety and depression. For those of you that have never experienced these issues, you might not be able to understand just how theses illnesses can affect your life. For those of you that have, will. To say that they can both be quite debilitating is an understatement as they can affect your life in a very negative way.
Simply put, I have now been taking sizzling minerals everyday for just over 5 months and I can honestly say I feel normalized. I feel calmer, I have much more confidence to simply deal with life's problems and at this point I feel free from depression for the first time in many years. It's also nice to hear that my friends and family can also see a positive difference in me.
I said that was the final thing, but this past week I have noticed something else and that is my strength. I have trained with weights on and off since I was 16, just at home but I like to train quite heavy. What tends to happen when you regularly weight train is that after so long you get to a weight that you basically get stuck at, no matter how many times you try you just don't have the strength to go up to the next available weight !
Well having read a testimonial from a 'bodybuilder' who had had positive results with Sizzling Minerals it made me think. For the last couple of months I felt different when I was training, it was still hard work but it is difficult to explain but it just felt different. So last week I decided to attempt to lift more weight, but I didn't just want to put on the smallest available weight so when I did a dumbbell press I put on an extra 5kg on each dumbbell, so 10kg in total. ARTHRITIS & PAIN RELEIF
I would like to share my story and the amazing results I have had with Sizzling Minerals. Until recently I was
working as a Doctors receptionist in Southend near where I live.
Around 4 years ago, on a cold icy day, I had a bad fall in the council run car park opposite the surgery where I
worked. As a result of the fall I injured my left knee. Ever since that time the knee got progressively worse to the
point where it had swollen up and any movement was difficult and caused me pain. Every time I went out I could
only walk for a limited time before resting as the pain had become so bad.
Last year I had a MRI scan on the knee and when I went to the Royal London Hospital in August to see my
orthopaedic surgeon for the results. It wasn’t good news he said, and showed me on the scan, that as a result of
the fall I had a slightly torn cartilage and osteoarthritis had started to set in on the joint where the impact had
happened. He also said keyhole surgery was probably a waste of time and that I may require a knee replacement
at some point.
Nick suggested I should try taking the minerals anyway for my general health, so I started taking the minerals
every day after I had seen the surgeon and have done so ever since. The results have been so amazing that all of
my close friends and family have noticed. The swelling I had has nearly gone and the pain I was experiencing
every day has gone completely. I’m even going to the gym 3 times a week which would have been impossible
beforehand. The only thing I have done differently since I had seen the orthopaedic surgeon is take the minerals
every day. I’m absolutely convinced that the minerals have helped my body repair itself.
Just have to give the success story of my dog! She's 12yrs and has been getting progressively arthritic for the past 2 yrs and had somewhat been slowing down - that was until 2.5 weeks ago when I started her on the powdered minerals.

17 Years of Migraines Gone, Gingivitis Gone, Praise God !
The first benefit I noticed after starting plant minerals was a dramatic increase in energy and elevated mood. Previous to taking plant minerals I suffered with migraines for 17 years. I was on a preventative, and still woke up 2x a month with severe migraines. Several other days in the month I was fighting them off with drugs. I even had the mitrex shot at home for when the drugs wouldn’t work. All testing showed normal. After three weeks of being on the minerals I realized I had not had to fight a migraine in a while. Macular Degeneration – Spectacular Results
In February my mother visited the optician and was told she had macular degen
eration and that one eye was ‘dry’ and the other ‘wet’. When questioning the consultant as to whether anything could be done to help the problem the consultant suggested that there is no real cure but can be slowed down with good nutrition.
From this point on, my mother had to suffer a monthly injection into the’ wet ‘eye to help her probl
em. I cannot imagine how awful that must have been for her.
